Article 1: Company Information

Article 2: Payments

 

  • For customers within the Netherlands and EU all prices include 21% VAT.
  • For orders outside the EU (e.g., United Kingdom), prices are displayed excluding VAT. Import duties and VAT may be charged upon delivery by local customs.
  • Payments can be made via iDEAL, credit card, or other available payment methods.
  • Orders will be shipped after payment has been received.

Article 3: Shipping

  • We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. For other destinations, please contact us.
  • Orders are shipped via PostNL. Larger items are shipped via courier service; delivery will then be arranged by appointment.
  • Studio Wildflower is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft during transit. Each product is packaged carefully.
  • Did you receive a damaged item or is something missing? Notify us by email within 5 days after delivery.

Article 4: Returns

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.
  • After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • Returns must be sent in the original packaging and include all labels.
  • Please contact us in advance to obtain the return address.
  • Upon receiving a valid return, Studio Wildflower will refund the full purchase amount (including initial shipping costs in case of a complete return) within 5 business days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or only partially refund items if products have been used, damaged, or do not meet return conditions.
  • In case of an invalid return, the product remains your property. You may collect it or arrange re-shipping at your own expense.

Article 5: Complaints

  • Received damaged or missing items? Report this by email within 5 days.
  • We'll work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or supplementary shipment at our expense. 

Article 6: Warranty

  • All products come with a statutory warranty.
  • Rattan is a natural and handcrafted material. Natural color variations, small markings, and minor imperfections are not considered defects.

  • All texts, images, and designs on this website are property of Studio Wildflower and may not be copied or used without written permission.
