Refund policy

We hope you're happy with your purchase. If that's not the case, no worries—you can return your order within 14 days after receipt. Here's how it works:

1. Register your return

Send an email within 14 days after receiving your order to info@studio-wildflower.nl with your order number, the name of the product you'd like to return, and—optionally—the reason for the return.

2. Send the product back

Return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your return, in its original packaging and with all attached labels.
Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.

💰 Refund

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 5 business days, using the original payment method.
